On Tuesday I took Ashley and Abbey on a trip to Pineview for our weekly activity. We also took my friend Debi and her son so she could help me pick out a site for our Med-Surg Beach Pary on Saturday. We drove around the whole lake to find the "perfect"spot and finally decided on Anerson Cove because it seemed to have a great beach and the most shade. It was a beautiful summer day and we had a great and relaxing time on a beautiful beach. The girls found a huge dead fish that washed up on shore and they had fun poking it with sticks- they pretended to cook it, and bury it, and then tried to push it back into the water. Abbey asked if the fish would return to life if she put it back into the water. I had fun walking up and down the beach but the girls would only leave the big dead fish when I found 2 dead goldfish-size fish farther down the beach. So they picked them up with shovels and put them in a sandpail of water.
